Refund & Return and Cancellation Policy
Note for Return & Exchange
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- “Specific Order” products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return / Exchange requests will only be accepted when accompanied with a videography of the opening of the package as well as the product.
- “The Indian Saga” will take responsibility of products damaged during transshipment only with proper videographic evidence.
- For any other Return / Exchange, courier charges will be borne by the customer.
- A product once shipped cannot be cancelled / returned. It can only be exchanged.
- Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
- The product would be picked within 24 hrs after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Products bought during sale cannot be exchanged.
- Jewelry &Paintings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Domestic Orders
Cancellation Policy
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through email to care@theindiansaga.com.
Return Policy
- We take extreme care in packing & dispatching our products to the customer
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at care@theindiansaga.com mentioning your Order ID alongwith the videographic evidence. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- For any exchange other than items being damaged during transshipment, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- Raise your return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment through care@theindiansaga.com
- Entire amount will be refunded only for orders cancelled before shipping.
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
- If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location for productds damaged during transshipment, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
- Once you opt for exchange of product damaged during transshipment & you cannot opt for refund once your Exchange request has been approve by “The Indian Saga”.
Exchange Policy
- Raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product through email on care@theindiansaga.com. Once we receive back the product approved for exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through care@theindiansaga.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
- A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up. The packaging of the product for reverse shipping should be done in the presence of the pick up agent & videographed which should be emailed to “The Indian Saga” at care@theindiansaga.com.
- Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order* Shipping Address: The Indian Saga, Flat No. 701, Siddhivinayak Splendour, Plot No. 44, Sector 18, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai - 410206
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
- You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location for products damaged during transshipment, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product is from the “Specific Order” category..
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the credit note will be issued for the balance amount. Validity of the credit note will be 60 days from the date of issue.
- Once you opt for credit note , you cannot en-cash it later .
- Products bought during sale cannot be exchanged.
- If you opt to exchange of product other than the product damaged during transshipment, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges on actuals.
International Orders
- We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided
- Incase you do receive a product damaged during transshipment contact us immediately by emailing us at care@theindiansaga.com, with your Order ID and a videographic evidence of the opening of the package & the product. We will provide you a credit note of the amount of that damaged product after investigation, no replacement would be sent. Validity of the credit note will be 60 days from the date of issuance.
